The Small Community & School conversions by Alfred Bekker uses the European Whole Vehicle Approval Flexi-Ramp designed and tested by our Sister company API. The flat fold ramp was the first of its kind and allows the boot space to be utilised when a Wheelchair is not being transported.

Description
The conversion uses the vehicles original seats meaning that the best comfort is available for the other passengers. Winches can be added, along with a headrest for the wheelchair user. The rear of the vehicle can either be carpeted or wipe-down depending on the customers’ requirements.
The Ford Connect Grand and Volkswagen Caddy Maxi can carry 5 passengers and a wheelchair user, allowing more patients and staff to be transferred. The Citroen Berlingo, Ford Connect and Volkswagen Caddy however, can carry 3 passengers and a wheelchair user. For a larger option, The Ford Custom offers lift access whilst having more room for passengers and the wheelchair user. The Custom can carry 5 passengers and a wheelchair user.
